Norton Fitzwarren

An area of derelict industrial land along the Norton Brook, in Taunton, was developed in to a housing estate. The site originally accommodated bats, otters, reptiles and nesting birds. This development converted disused barns in to a large residential property. MWA were consulted regarding the presence of roosting bats and badgers present on site.
